SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship to all locations within Sri Lanka through our trusted courier partner, Koombiyo Delivery.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Eligibility
Same day delivery is available for:
- Colombo 1-15 and suburbs
- Coverage areas include: Mount Lavinia, Dematagoda, Battaramulla, and Homagama
Cut-off Time
- Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM local time for same day delivery
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next business day
Additional Charges
Same day delivery may incur additional charges which will be displayed at checkout.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Within Colombo and Suburbs
- 1-2 business days
Other Areas in Sri Lanka
- 3-5 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (as displayed on website)
- Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package through Koombiyo Delivery
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Koombiyo Delivery will attempt delivery at the provided address
- If delivery is unsuccessful, they may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
- Awaken is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Additional charges may apply for address corrections or reshipment
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- We will work with Koombiyo Delivery to investigate
- Resolution may include replacement or refund as appropriate
