RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day return window for all items purchased from Awaken, both online and in-store (excluding items discounted 20% or more).

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

All items being returned must meet the following conditions or may be subject to denial:

• Items must be unwashed
• Items must be unworn
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items with pilling may be subject to denial
• Items with markings or other stains will not be accepted
• Items with strong odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted
• Accessories such as jewelry, caps, bottles, bags cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes
• Bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns
• Socks or other undergarment pieces cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes

*Our 7-day warranty excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or accidents.

SALE ITEMS

Any items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Items discounted less than 20% are eligible for return within our 21-day window provided all return conditions are met.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

If you’ve received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or received a damaged item, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Free returns are exclusively available through our designated courier service. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store to return your order, provided all return conditions are met.

GIFT ITEMS

Returns for gift items can only be requested for the same item/color in alternate sizes. When requesting a return, please coordinate with the gift giver, as we may require their name and contact number to verify the purchase.

INSPECTION PROCESS

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return conditions may be sent back to you at your expense.
