REFUND POLICY

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are processed for items that meet our return conditions as outlined in our Return Policy. Please note that we reserve the right to deny refunds after 7 days from the date of purchase.
REFUND METHOD
Store Credit
Upon approval of your return, we will issue store credit to the email address associated with your order. The store credit amount will exclude original shipping costs.
Store Credit Validity
- Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days
- Store credit will be issued within 2 business days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit details
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items discounted 20% or more (final sale)
- Gift items (exchange only for size)
- Items that do not meet our return conditions
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
OUT-OF-STOCK EXCHANGES
If your desired exchange product is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For items damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
- Photo evidence may be required
CANCELLED ORDERS
If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
